Is there a discount for larger event orders?
Yes! You can use the code NEW2CK40 to get a discount on qualifying orders. Our team will confirm this when we connect with you.
How far in advance should I place an event order?
At least 24 hours in advance is ideal so we can ensure everything is ready for pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards for event orders.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before food preparation begins. After that point, refunds are no longer available.
Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my order?
No deposit is required. Payment is collected during checkout.
